1. What graphic design services do you offer?

We create memorable & unique brand identities for clients, elevating them over their competitors through strategy based design. We offer a wide variety of graphic design services from design for print such as logo design and brand identity, brochures, presentation folders, newsletters,  illustration, direct mail, marketing and business stationery, we also design for digital media such as web design, e-newsletter campaigns, Social Media graphics.

2. What if I don’t know what kind of logo I want?

If you are finding it difficult to know what type of logo best suits your business then let us help. We are experienced at doing the right market research and then designing an original and creative logo just for you.

3. Why should I choose logo rocket?

We know that starting a new business is difficult (we did it too!). With Logo Rocket you don’t need to worry about unprofessional looking logos or poor customer service. We have years of experience and a good knowledge about working with different businesses. We do what we say and we do it on time!

4. What file format will you supply the final logo in?

Once you have approved the final design, your logo will be prepared in a range of electronic file formats and sent to you via email for immediate use. Files you receive are in the following formats:
AI – Adobe Illustrator
PDF – Portable Data File
EPS – Encapsulated PostScripts
JPEG – Joint Photographic Experts Group
PNG – Portable Network Graphics

5. How does the logo package process work?

Logo Rocket’s order process is easy to use in 3 easy steps. Simply complete the brief, submit your order and we do the rest. If you need any help explaining anything please feel free to send us an e-mail or give us a call.

6. How does payment work?

We require 50% deposit for the design process to begin followed by 50% balance on completion. Because we offer a professional service we are using the PAYPAL payment system. It is safe and you do not need to worry about anything.

7. Can i pay if I don’t have a paypal account?

Yes you can. Our payment system will direct you to our PAYPAL page, where you will also be offered the opportunity to pay by card.

8. What if i didn’t receive the confirmation email?

You will need to wait to receive three email confirmations. The first one will confirm the submission of the online form, the second will confirm your PAYPAL payment and the last one will confirm that we accepted your order. Please allow 24 hours for all the data to be processed. In case you do not receive all your confirmation emails please contact us.

9. How many logos will I have to choose from?

This will depend on which package you choose. If there is anything else you need that is not included in packages ONE, TWO or THREE it can easily be added with our MIX & MATCH package options. Please send us an email for further information.

10. How will I receive my products?

Your designs / logos will be sent to you via email and the printed business cards and stationery will come directly to your door. We pride ourselves with doing what we say and delivering on time.

11. Can I upgrade my package?

You have 48 hours to change your mind and upgrade your package. Just send us an email or give us a call and we can discuss exactly what you need.

12. Can I buy more revisions?

Usually, the inclusive revision rounds are more than enough to complete your design. But, in the event that you’re not 100% happy and require something that little bit extra. We offer additional revision rounds for £50.

13. Who owns the copyright of my finished artwork?

You do! We’ll transfer the final design files for any completed works with a declaration document that the copyright has been passed to you.

14. Do you do printing?

Yes, we now offer printing services and a complementary 500 business cards free of charge if you opt for the design package TWO or THREE. You can also add additional printing to any package with our MIX & MATCH options. We also have a printing pricelist for stationery. 15. What if i don’t like my logo?

If you are NOT happy with the logo concepts we create, even after your 3 revision rounds we would be more than happy to re-brief and design a brand new logo concept FREE of charge.
